The founder's story
Kito J. Johnson
Kito grew up working in his father's construction company. Long before he owned a property, he was learning how buildings come together, how crews are led, and how money is managed on a job.
The spark came from a television interview with Robert Kiyosaki, right after Rich Dad Poor Dad came out. Kito saw that ownership, not just income, was how families built wealth that lasts.
Then came a mentor. Kito met Chris Jaswa by chance in a Kroger. Chris helped him find a tenant and turn a house he already owned into his first rental. It rented for more than the mortgage from the very first month.
More than 25 years and 1,300 transactions later, Kito has worked as an investor, broker, developer, and property manager. He has hosted trainings, meetups, and community events for years, and he founded The HEIRS™ to give believers the same kind of guidance he was given.
