By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, subscribing to, or using any website, platform, program, community, digital product, software, or service offered under The HEIRS™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. ● Newsletters and educational communications Offerings may be updated, expanded, restructured, paused, or discontinued at any time.

Payments and Billing

Payment terms for offerings under The HEIRS™ include:

● All purchases are final

● Digital products are non-refundable

● Memberships and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

● Cancellation stops future billing only

● Prior charges remain payable

● Coaching or consulting sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours notice

● Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited

● Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, Square, Keap Pay, or other approved processors

No Guarantees of Results

All information provided under The HEIRS™ is educational in nature. Real estate and investing involve risk and personal judgment. You acknowledge that:

● No income, profit, deal, or financial outcome is guaranteed

● Testimonials reflect individual experiences

● Results vary based on market conditions, personal effort, financial position, credit, skills, and external factors

● Scriptural references and faith-based encouragement are inspirational and not predictive of financial outcomes

Professional Disclaimer

The HEIRS™ does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. You agree to consult licensed professionals before making real estate or financial decisions. Responsibility for actions, transactions, and outcomes remains solely with you.

Intellectual Property All content, systems, frameworks, curriculum, videos, audio, written materials, downloads, templates, tools, branding, designs, assessments, and software features associated with The HEIRS™ are the exclusive property of Kito J Johnson Enterprises LLC.

Prohibited actions include:

● Copying, reproducing, or distributing content

● Reselling or sublicensing materials

● Modifying or creating derivative works

● Uploading or sharing content publicly or privately

● Using The HEIRS™ materials to train others or build competing programs

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

Account Access and Sharing

Account usage rules include:

● One individual per paid account

● No sharing, transferring, or selling of credentials

● No recording, scraping, copying, or downloading without permission

● No unauthorized distribution of content

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Community Standards

Participation in communities under The HEIRS™ requires respectful and lawful conduct. Prohibited behavior includes:

● Misleading or inappropriate content

● Spam or unsolicited promotion

● Soliciting members for personal business

● Disruptive behavior

● Recording or sharing community content outside the platform

Violations may result in removal without refund.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for:

● Violations of these Terms

● Abusive behavior toward staff or members

● Chargebacks or fraudulent payments

● Unauthorized access or distribution

● Misuse of content or intellectual property

● Disruptive or harmful conduct

● Non-payment of subscription fees

Termination does not obligate refunds or reinstatement.

Ownership and Assignment

User access rights are non-transferable. Kito J Johnson Enterprises LLC may assign or transfer rights, assets, brands, or obligations related to The HEIRS™ as part of business operations, restructuring, or sale.

Software and Platform Use

Users may not:

● Reverse engineer systems

● Copy, duplicate, or clone features

● White-label or resell software

● Scrape or extract data

● Share access with unauthorized individuals

● Bypass security or attempt system breaches

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Digital Access and Licensing

All digital products under The HEIRS™ are licensed for personal use only. Ownership is not transferred. Access terms include:

● Access remains active only during paid periods

● Content, features, or availability may change

● Lifetime access is not guaranteed

● Updates are not guaranteed

Third-Party Platforms

The HEIRS™ may rely on third-party platforms to deliver services, including payment processors, community platforms, analytics tools, and communication services. Each third party operates under its own policies. The Company is not responsible for third-party failures or outages.

Technical Availability

Services may experience downtime, maintenance, updates, or interruptions. No refunds are issued for access interruptions, delays, or technical issues.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

● Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

● Follow real estate licensing rules and fair housing regulations

● Protect login credentials and personal devices

● Exercise independent judgment in all decisions

Privacy

Use of platforms under The HEIRS™ constitutes consent to data collection, analytics, cookies, and communications. Personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service. The HEIRS™ is not liable for:

● Investment or business losses

● Transaction outcomes

● Income expectations

● Technical failures

● Third-party platform issues

● Decisions made using The HEIRS™ content

This protection applies to Kito J Johnson Enterprises LLC, its affiliates, officers, members, employees, contractors, agents, and Kito J. Johnson individually.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, costs, and legal fees arising from:

● Misuse of services

● Violations of these Terms

● Unlawful conduct

● Content misuse

● Community behavior

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia. Class actions are not permitted. Intellectual property violations may be pursued directly in court.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and the Company and replace all prior versions.
